As a professional educator located in Lindsay, Ontario, I am passionate about financial literacy and helping people increase their financial knowledge to achieve their lifestyle goals. My teaching profession has focused on the high school secondary level for thirty years. Experiences dedicated to lifelong learning have reinforced my desire to continue to assist clients and participate in the Canadian financial planning space.

This digital credential indicates that the individual has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®). Completing this course provides them with the ability to advise on and perform securities mutual funds and alternative funds transactions in Canada. They will have a deep understanding of the Canadian financial services landscape and the various financial instruments.

This digital credential indicates that the individual has completed the Wealth Management Essentials (WME®) course. Completing this course means that they have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of financial planning, investment and wealth management. They also possess the ability to monitor investment trends, evaluate client portfolios and manage risk.
Introduction to Professional Ethics (IPE)
Offered by the FP Canada Institute™, the IPE course equips students with the requisite foundational knowledge of the ethical obligations owed by all professionals, and the specific application of these obligations to financial planning practice.
IPE teaches students the distinction between integrity-based professional obligations and compliance-based obligations, with emphasis on the financial services landscape. The course introduces the specific professional obligations of QAFP™ professionals and CFP® professionals, why they matter and what they mean in practical terms.
QAFP Professional Education Program
All candidates for QAFP certification must successfully complete the FP Canada Institute™ QAFP Professional Education Program.
Financial Planning Supplement - Course | The FPSU is an essential step on the CSI educational path to certification in the financial planning field.
